Our experienced management team, comprising of catering managers and executive chefs, are qualified to national standards in everything from health and safety and chef craft skills, through to nutrition and sustainable operating. They bring a wealth of expertise and leadership to the school catering environment.
Demonstration of our genuine commitment to their professional development keeps our people enthused and motivated about what they do.
That's why we encourage our chefs to take time out to compete in local, national and even international competitions and work placements both here and in Europe during the school holidays.
